I left college when I was 20 and moved down to London. At this point, I still wasn’t singing or writing songs. I ended up going to study music and got a degree in jazz. I played it all through childhood and when I got to 13 I started practicing like 6 hours a day. It was something that came really naturally to me. I used to pick them up and they were too big for me, so my parents bought me a guitar when I was about 7. My dad played guitar and there were always guitars lying around the house. Let’s start with a little bit about you! What has your musical journey been like thus far? Not only did the song embrace us with the essence of connection found within artistry and intimacy, the efforts following the release aided those who may feel isolated as it raised streaming funds for the WHO'S COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. Bruno released “ The Most Beautiful Thing,” a co-creation with friend and fellow visionary, FINNEAS, early in May. Gearing up for his June 5th release of his new album, To Let A Good Thing Die, Bruno has been dropping singles that have the power to make time stand still, even while time is seemingly incomprehensible. The brilliance that is Bruno Major, the British born and bred singer/songwriter, blends inspirations that reach far and wide to make a unique sound that brings us all back home. In this time of industry uncertainty, it seemed I needed to hear the singles off of Bruno Major’s upcoming album to remind me why we risk it all in the name of musical majesty. That is, until you hear a song that reminds you of the reasons to revere music enough to make it your job. At times in the music industry, we unfortunately find ourselves skipping through albums and clicking around catalogues as if music is all comparable and a constant.
